Hi everyone, I want to clear the air about something. Yes, theres a pizza on the cover of my book. Theres also one traditional bread recipe (Pao de Quejillo) and one cake recipe. But thats it as far as baked goods go - there are 109 other recipes to choose from that are not baked goods. Ive made it a point to exclude breads and desserts from my blog and platform, and I want to assure you that including these recipes in my book is not an indication that Im changing directions. I simply felt that it was important to include a few of these dishes to give The Ancestral Table a more well-rounded appeal. And, if Im going to be perfectly honest, I figured that putting a slice of pizza on the cover would be a good way to draw people into opening the book and finding it full of delicious, wholesome recipes!
