Hi everyone I was so pleased to see the Margaret River Council back the petition against the logging of Mowen forest and I really hope Busselton can do the same in supporting the old growth Helms forest which supports the Jamarri cockatoo sanctuary, located right behind it. It would be wonderful to have our shires work together supporting our old growth forests, vital for healthy ecosystems, biodiversity, cultural heritage, Eco tourism and these forests also work in supporting the health of the Yarragaddee spring nearby.
