Hi everyone I will be going on a water fast from Monday January 12th until Sunday January 18th to try and raise funds for the organisation Freedom From Hunger. Donations are greatly appreciated and can be made at the link below or if you have loose change/cash I am willing to meet up and collect it form you you. Why have I chosen to water fast? Absolute or extreme poverty is when people lack the basic necessities for survival. For instance they may be starving, lack clean water, proper housing, sufficient clothing or medicines and be struggling to stay alive. By giving up food for one week I hope to gain insight as to what its like to go without. The experience I will have wont even be half as bad as to what people living in poverty go through daily as I will still have clean water, proper housing, clothing, medicine and my safety.
