Hi everyone. I would like to ask for your advice on camping with two dogs. The campervan I have was used once (Im now selling it) turned out to not be not suitable because a) you have to take it away when wanting to see places away from the campsite b) it doesnt have enough space for both dogs at night to lie down / stretch out I am now considering either 1. a trailer tent or 2. a tent with all the necessary bits such as tent, cooker, table/chairs etc. As far as option 1, I assume I would probably need a roof box because the trailer tent wouldnt have enough storage for any items I take along for the dogs? Considering option 2, a large roof box probably isnt offering enough storage space to take along the tent and other items so would it be better to get a small(ish) trailer to pull everything along? And what exactly would I need in addition to the tent, sleeping bag, table/chair(s), cooker, cooler? My Renault Megane provides space only in the boot and on the floor behind the back seats as one dog takes the whole back seat and the other one would travel on the front passenger seat.
