A Special thanks to: Margie Foster, Anthony Bec’s, Aaron Mauger, Andy Ellis, Geoff and Wendy Cavell,Liz Ellis, Sonia Taylor and any names I may have missed, Cannot thank you all enough. To all the people that attended the night, placed a bid, and the winners of the prizes, I am truly thankful. I was not there on the night, but to hear and read about all the effort involved by all these wonderful people and those who contributed, is very humbling. I count my blessings and am very grateful. The night was a huge success and raised $10,400 in total. This is such a huge contribution, to help my hopes of any future treatment possible, and make it a reality. I have just found out that I am flying to Auckland on Thursday to meet with the Unicorn Foundation, which supports my type of Rare Cancer, NET Neuroendocrine Tumors (Carcinoid Cancer). They are holding a Patient’s meeting and have a specialist Doctor speaking. This will help me gather more information on treatment options, while I wait for my appointment date with Professor Rod Hicks in Melbourne. Everyone’s kind acts and generosity, is truly supporting me to have the strength and giving me the resources to continue beating this Cancer and my greatest desire for a longer life. On behalf of my beloved Michael Sherrie, Bachop Families, and myself, Bless you all, much love and kind regards Leanne
