Hi, everyone... Its Melanie Bennett- the president of the Bosque Farms Fair board. I just wanted to take a minute to address some of the concerns and complaints thats have been brought to us already this year. While we try to include everyone and cover all areas of getting the fair put on in its entirety, you should know that there is only a small handful of us that are responsible for the entire fair every year. We never intentionally leave anyone out or overlook the details. We do our best to provide a great fair for the community in as many ways as possible... But occasionally things do slip by and we apologize for the hurt feelings and misunderstandings. If you have concerns, please feel free to contact me directly at (505) 401-9990 and I would be happy to do what I can to address the issue. We are spread pretty thin every year trying to make sure everything gets done and gets done well, so if you feel like you can provide us a service we would love to hear from you. We largely rely on volunteers, donations and free services provided by those in the community to keep the fair going as we are a non-profit organization with a very limited budget. We promise to do our best every year to continue and provide the fair (bigger and better, every year!) but that depends on help from everyone out there. We appreciate your patience when there are issues and look forward to working with the community to continue providing this family-friendly event year after year!
