Hi, everyone. I’m Sean. I’m a teacher, designer, artist, sidewalk photographer (long story), and occasional writer in need of a new place in a hurry. My current lease ends on September 30th and I’ve not had much luck finding something that fits so far. I’m quiet, kind, helpful, and try to be emotionally generous and would really hope to find roommates that feel the same. I like conversation, but my introverted side also needs a bit of space; too, my various jobs have me working from home quite a bit. I’ve lived alone for the past four years and have a bed, loveseat, bookshelf, and lots of other stuff that I’d ideally like to hang onto as well. In past situations, I didn’t end up using common spaces much at all and kept mostly to myself, but if the right situation came along, I would be glad to try new things. At best, I can pay around $600 a month, but less than that would definitely be easier to manage on my steady but meager paycheck. Something close-in or transit-accessible is must.
