Hi everyone, Just over a week to go to our first SkerriesCoderDojo meeting! (Joe Mays, upstairs, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.) Tickets will be available from tomorrow at 11.30 in the morning (hoping the Eventbrite time function works). Just follow the link below. Please read the text on Eventbrite carefully regarding: -levels to choose - beginners, intermediate, advanced [if in doubt, choose the lower to avoid frustration] - the conditions: a parent to stay for the entire duration if the participant is younger than 12. A laptop must be brought. Please download Scratch 2.0 before the CoderDojo if possible (well have it on USB keys but itd save time at the beginning if its on the laptop). (The advanced group may not use Scratch, but no harm to have it all the same just in case.) -tickets are free but limited so please do not come to Joe Mays next Sunday unless you did get a ticket. please do make us of the Waiting List feature which will be triggered once all the Beginners tickets are gone Tickets need to be booked every month. So if you miss out this time, you have another chance in October! Children of helpers / mentors / organisers do not need a ticket. You are a helper / mentor / organiser if you booked a ticket on Eventbrite as such.
