Hi everyone! My name is Steph and I am an undergraduate Nursing Student at Penn State University. When I graduate, I hope to be in a cardiac care unit as a RN. Because heart transplants interest me, I am doing an anonymous survey (for my English class) about heart transplant recipients and their caregivers or family members. All of the information is only for my further knowledge and would not be published professionally! The survey will take less than 5 minutes to do!
