Hi everyone. Need some advice. I am ending week 3 and have lost 5 lbs. However, that was what I lost the first week. I screwed myself in week 2 because I didnt realize that a friends delicious homemade vinegary bbq sauce was packed with sugar. I stopped it as soon as I realized, which was when I gained back 3.5 of the initial 5 lbs. This week I have been very aware of sugar/carbs/everything and am back down to the first weeks weight loss, but every day I am gaining and losing the same 1 pound. My question is, am I doing something wrong? Is there a way someone could help me analyze my food (tracked via MFP) to see if Im sabotaging myself? My husband has eaten the same foods and has lost 15 lbs. Its discouraging, but I do not plan to give up. There has to be a tweak Im missing. I also know that the loss might be slow, but Ive been under 20 carbs each day and have tested my ketones at small to medium every day. Any help or advice? Thanks in advance!
