Hi everyone! Thanks so much for adding me to the group! A little about my knitting history (if you can call it that, ha). I started late in 2006, so I should be a pretty good knitter by now. Sadly, Im not! Took long breaks (the lizard ridges blanket I started in 2007 is STILL in pieces), and my knitting basket is full of incomplete projects (mostly scarves), and beautiful skeins that I keep buying and planning things for, but is still in their original skeiny form. Last time I tried to knit in the round, it ended up being launched across the room and landed in a heap when it hit the wall :) . So, anything square I can do (Im a pro at Rowan wristlets, because its the only thing I can do - other than scarves, and hand towels). Needless to say, Im excited to expand my repertoire. Sadly, I cant commit to any gatherings yet - our vow renewal in Canada is coming up in a month, but when I return mid August, Im looking forward to gatherings. And I promise not to catapult my knitting across the cafe! Cheers! :)
