Hi everyone The more I read, the more confused I get….! My plan was to launch a website in January with advertising and a directory of classes and workshops. This is going to be UK based, but if I make this explicit on the site (that only UK businesses can apply and/or advertise) will I be breaking the discrimination laws? And do I have to keep proof that the businesses are UK based? Secondly, I have an e-book ready to launch. Ive been recommended Send Owl and they look very good and seem to have addressed the VATMOSS thing quite well as far as I can tell, so I am intending to use them as my platform. BUT if I use Paypal for taking payments (via SendOwl) am I still ok? And am I correct in thinking that if and when I make my 1st non UK EU sale I have to register for VATMOSS at that point? OMG-its soooo confusing! You guys are doing an AWESOME job raising awareness, and fighting our corner-thankyou so much :)
