Hi everyone, This is not a food review or query but as i am a great fan of this group and the topic is related to this group, i want your suggestions. :) I run a small Pet Accessories business+ Welfare wing. (I am not giving the link as this is not a marketing post :)) Though our main business is selling accessories, we do work for the animals almost on a regular basis. Now, recently we were planning to feed around 100+ Street dogs of the streets of Dhaka. When we tried with standard buns and breads, we found that the Dogs were not liking those too much. Also, Dogs need protein to build their muscles and our beautiful street dogs do not get those much. Now, coming to the point, as our budget was not that high to get meat for each dog (As we also want to fill their tummies) i thought i can ask here for suggestions. What i was thinking is, can i contact some food carts and mini restaurants to get their wastage+ Plate offs for a certain day for these dogs? We will collect those and we will process those in packets for the dogs with our Buns and Breads. :) As this group is full of knowledgeable people, i thought to ask here: Will that be a good idea? And also, if there is any Food shop owner here, what do you think of this idea? Thanks everyone for reading this long post which is not related to yummi foods :p Thanks a lot :)
