Hi everyone! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our beautiful 3-bedroom flat, right across the street from the Parc Cinquantenaire. The house is a duplex, with a bright living room (with a balcony looking onto the park :) ), kitchen and one bedroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two remaining bedrooms (one of which would be yours) and two bathrooms. We are looking for someone from 1st of October - preferably a girl who will stay at least 1 year. About the rent – the monthly rent is 350 EUR, without charges (with charges, the rent comes to around 420 EUR). The room has a wardrobe in it, but the current flatmate wishes to sell her bed, table and night stand for a very good price. (Preference will be given to the person who will to buy the furniture) The neighbourhood is very friendly, with both Place Jourdans supermarkets/restaurants and Schuman metro less than 5 minutes away on foot. About us – we are two girls, one from the UK and one from France, 26-27, both working in EU affairs. We are both young professionals so we would like to have another working person join us.
