Hi everyone, What a week it has been. Last night cleaning up the cafe listening to Joni Mitchel,(a favorite past time!) reflecting on a week of wonder, excitement and feeling invigorated. The dinner at Urbane was so inspiring for me. In case you missed it, Urbane is one of the top restaurants in Brisbanes downtown district. Alejandro, their executive chef is a true genius and such a great person and he invited me to be part of the creation of this vegan dinner journey. To work side by side with their amazing crew, I felt so welcome, the high standards and creativity, it was heaven. Gerald and I also got the chance to sit down at one of the nights service and enjoy the whole 11 courses. It truly was the best vegan and raw food I have eaten.(I am a bit biased :-) )The flavours were dancing on my palate, the textures and fragrances, everything worked together like magic. It was a true culinary dream for me. I am so touched I was invited. love to you all, Susanna
