Hi everyone Yesterday, I organised a different and special recording session to my usual ones. Different in the way that it was a much larger session, took much longer to set up and run as well as being the first time Id attempted to film a session and create a video. All of this aside, it was special because the chart we recorded was an original of mine for an eleven piece band, dedicated to the memory of the late (and great) Mike Stewart. Those who knew him will understand that his passing was a great tragedy to the music community of Adelaide and like many others Im sure, I felt the need to pay my respects to Mike. As a musician, I feel the best medium by which to show my respect for him is music, and I think its the only way I can be truly expressive.
