Hi everyone... Young, Old & everywhere in between. Society today & in the past makes people feel that they are not good enough, not pretty enough, not handsome enough... in general just not enough... Everyone needs to find themselves & be able to love themselves, before you can truly accept the depth of love that someone else has for you. Now saying that, if you are in a relationship (or have been in a relationship at some time) that means that at some point you have recognized, felt & have accepted (if only briefly) that t someone loves you more than you can realize & you believe that they love you for who they see you as as well as what you feel about them. All though this video is discussing the female perspective of social pressure(s) on self belief & self worth there is something in this for the male species also. Sometimes its hard to accept something about yourself or even love yourself... Remember that you are worth every single breath you take & every beat of your heart because you are loved & are allowed to be loved.
