Hi everyone,hope you all had a wonderful day, im giving you my butter & ricotta cookie recipe,so many of you inboxed me about it, your blowing up my phone! Thank you,im truly humbled,ok here we go Butter& ricotta cookies 1 cup butter(2sticks) softened 2cups sugar 2 eggs 15 oz. ricotta cheese, easy to make, you never go back to store brand, but if you must, i use polly-o Im fresh, lol 1 teas.vanilla ex. 1 vanilla pod,cut open scrap out pulp 4 cups flour 2 teas.baking powder 1 teas.salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees, if electric turn down to 325 degrees,their delicate dont burn In your mixers bowel,cream together,butter,sugar & eggs med speed, then ADD ricotta cheese mix till smooth then ADD vanilla ex. And i whole scraped vanilla pod, blend it. In another bowel, mix flour,baking powder & salt.then graduallyADD flour mixture to the wet ingredients on low speed, until nice dough forms, i use a restaurant formed cookie sheet purchased at restaurant depot, or just drop the dough by 1 tlb. Onto cookie sheet, bake 12 min.cookie starts to turn golden around the bottom edges. Take um out.let them cool alittle, delicate Place them on parchment on cooling rack, once cooled, you can eat them plain, glaze them, or dip in melted ghirardelli chocolate, dressed to impress, they deliver,i go for perfection, i demand of myself the highest standard of cookie i can turn out❤️🌹........
