Hi everyone, just need to clarify what my service entails; Im primarily a balloon and party goods supplier, not a venue dresser. Today, a 10 minute delivery turned into a 55 minute venue set up because the customer a) failed to keep the appointment and b) I felt guilty walking away from the venue leaving the banners, bunting and table confetti in the packets on the table. If you buy party goods from me and need assistance setting up at the venue, please mention this when booking and we can discuss this further. I dont mind helping out, but please dont presume its something I do as standard because it isnt. My diary is very busy, and I have a family that need their mum too.
