Hi everyone, my wife has been placed in Dubai commencing 4th Jan. Myself and our 1yr old daughter will also be coming through. I plan to stay at home with her so as to get her properly settled before finding a job myself. What costs are we looking as at afar as acquiring a sponsorship visa for myself and our daughter, or is this something that my wifes employer will take care of? With this being a real 11th hour employment, (we only got notified 2weeks ago!), we are scrambling a bit to try and get all of our ducks in a row before we leave. Especially as far as what costs await us there Wrt getting Drivers licences transferred, opening bank accounts etc. Also, from your experience. Is it advisable that my wife heads through on her own first and sorts out the Visas/sponsorships etc within 1/2weeks and then we follow, or should my daughter and I go through with her on visitors visas? Any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you! :)
