Hi everyone, sorry for the lack of posts, but we hope this sums up what to expect through the end of the year: 1) Thanksgiving Meeting – we are taking time out this Sunday to take opportunity to thank God specifically for answered prayer (not that it has to be limited to this). As always it’s an incredible time of encouragement to see God’s faithfulness to each of us over this past year. So, come prepared to share how God has answered your prayers. 2) No Home Groups until January of 2014 – we do this specifically so you take the time to take advantage of this season in your personal and family life. 3) Church-wide Christmas Party – This will take place on Friday night, December 13th at 7:30 pm at the church building. It will be a festive time of music, games and we are asking that everyone bring something salty or sweet to share in the Christmas spirit. 4) Christmas Sundays – We call it “A City Christmas” and it will take place from December 1st through the 24th. Each Sunday will be a unique time of music focusing on the incarnation of Jesus (Christmas music), with dramatic presentations that depict different characters from the birth of Christ, and the Children’s Chorus. It will be a season of rejoicing in the coming of our Savior and King. 5) Christmas Eve Candlelight Service – December 24th, 5:30 pm. Now in our own facility, we will celebrate the birth of Christ in our own special way. As always it’s a highlight of our Christmas Celebration. May we worship our God more this Holiday Season than we can ever remember in our past! We have infinitely much to praise Him for, but most of all the coming of our salvation in Jesus Christ!! Come let us adore Him!
