Hi everyone – We have the first of our winter show jumping days coming up on Sunday the 16th June and we are now taking names for helpers. The current spreadsheet with everyone’s working bee hours to date is on the website. The requirement is for 12 hours per season (the season is 1 Sept – 31 Aug) or a hefty working bee levy applies. Obviously any extra hours are much appreciated to help run our shows but they do not roll over to the following season. New or recently joined members will not be expected to complete the full 12 hours. We have 2 other dates you can gather hours for (14th July and the 11th Aug). Set up is on the Saturday afternoon, normally 3 or 4pm depending on the course builder. The kitchen always needs plenty of helpers. Pull down on Sunday is difficult to give a time because we never really know when the day is going to finish. Please email Jannine on - [email protected] Happy Riding!
