Hi everyzombie, Id like to thank the following Zombies for contributing some much needed equipment over recent weeks and months: Denise Watson: a set of focus mitts and two sets of boxing gloves. Danielle Lawson: two sets of focus mitts and a mat. Deanne Murtagh: a set of focus mitts. Jess Bradley and Emma Watson: four sets of grappling/striking gloves. Melissa Wass: a set of focus mitts. This equipment means we can now do boxing training with much bigger groups than before and mix up our cardio and resilience component. Also, a big thanks to my darling wife Naomi for her support in giving me the opportunity to provide you with so many Zombies workouts by taking care of so much of the important household stuff, to Danielle for running sessions when Im away and assisting new Zombies, and to Glen Huon Primary School for allowing the use of the hall in the depths of Winter and the oval and hill for our outdoor sessions. Im looking forward to the rest of Winter and tackling Kinder Hill when the time comes. Get Your Zombie On!
