Hi fellows of Bangalore... here is what happened yesterday.. My bike TB 500 was running out of fuel, hence rushed to a petrol pump near to my place and that is Devegowda Petrol Pump Station It is a pretty well know and is treated as a land mark in Bangalore. Without thinking twice i filled my bike for nominal 300/-.. 1.As soon as you go there to fill up you find 2 more guys surrounding you asking if you gonna pay by cash? or card? or you have some shitty card of points and so on... this is done mainly to distract you 2. the moment you take your eyes off the meter, it starts running, from where they will have left earlier. Like one person before me filled for 100/- and this meter started to read 101/- onwards.. 3. I had this experience before and didnt take my eyes off the meter, no matter what they asked for. 4. I could evade them cheating me in this manner, but what happened was literally worst than loosing 100/- or 2. 5. My TB500, wont start at one kick :( . Never found her behave like this. It just wouldnt turn on. 6. After lot of circus, if i manage to turn it on, i have to keep throttling her in idle at least 5-7 mins. Else it will switch off. 7. There has been no proper combustion of fuel. I get to hear missfire in engine, knocking. 8. The unburnt fuel mixture which comes out of my exhaust smells kerosene along with petrol. This is just unbelievable. 9. They not just loot you with your money, they also give you pathetic fuel which will screw up your bike/car engine for sure. Please be aware of this Devegowda Pertol pump.
