Hi fit friends! So I know a lot of people were on vacation a few weeks ago. Ive had a good handful of people ask me about doing another challenge, and this time, the rules have changed a bit. If youre trying to lean out, THIS will help you! Ask any of my previous challengers! ;) We need 30 PEOPLE to make this happen! #21DayFitChallenge + Running (oh yes, were doing it again!) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /// RULES: • $25 entry fee • 21 days of workouts — each workout is posted DAILY • There will be a PRIVATE Facebook Group to post + view workouts • And yes there is MANDATORY running (6 days out of the week) • There will be a BEGINNER and ADVANCED running option • We will strength train HARD every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) • 1 day a week HARD strength training ONLY (Wednesday) • You MUST post progress pictures + running route EVERY DAY by midnight If you DO NOT post or you DO NOT run the route for the day, you will get REMOVED from the challenge. This is the #1 way to keep you accountable so you are able to commit to yourself. 21 days of commitment can truly change so much for you. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- /// HOW TO WIN: • Fastest MILE on Day 21 ($300) • BEST before/after picture TRANSFORMATION from Day1 to Day21 ($300) EVERYONE must run their final mile on Day 21 to qualify for the before/after picture judging. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Remember, we need 30 PEOPLE to make this happen!
