Hi folks, Bob again. Well, today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled - TopicsExpress

Hi folks, Bob again. Well, today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that the town of Greece, New York IS allowed to open their Council meetings with prayers that are mostly (but not always) Christian prayers. What scares me is that this was a 5-4 decision. It should have been 9-0. The 4 liberal judges, in my opinion, clearly ruled, not in accordance with the Constitution, but in accordance with their liberal, left wing, “separation of Church and State”, secularist ideology. I argue this because of the overwhelming mountain of documented historical evidence showing the very people who signed and ratified the Constitution ALSO opened each legislative session with prayer......CHRISTIAN prayer......before the Constitution, during debate on the Constitution, during the signing and ratification of the Constitution, after the Constitution.....and ever since, all the way to and including today in 2014. The Supreme Court still, to this day, opens every session with a prayer, after which these 4 justices can somehow claim you “cant have a prayer before a government meeting”. Wow. Anyway, today from 3:15-4:00PM, I will be opening the phone lines and taking calls ONLY from those of you who disagree with me on this. Those of you who believe in the so-called “separation of Church and State”. This will give you an opportunity to challenge me and give me your best arguments and put my views to the test of scrutiny. Will you be willing to call in? 1-877-82-82-BOB. You can ask me all the tough questions you want and I will answer them, without ducking and dodging. I would also love to read comments from all the rest of you on this debate as well as your thoughts about this Supreme Court ruling being so close, just 5-4. Thats scary. What are your thoughts?
