Hi folks, Im sure you have heard about Marilyn by now so thought Id try to give an update. Yesterday at rehab she started having problems. She was ashen, having chest pains and just plain didnt feel good. The staff started checking her out: her pulse was over 150, her B P was low. I asked the nurse to run a strip and we saw she was in atrial fibrillation. They called her doctor and we took her right in. After checking her again decided she needed to go into the hospital. Ran some more tests and discovered she was two pints low in blood. So they put some in (took all night). Well, pulse is back to normal, B P is good, and she feels great. So now the question is, where did that blood go. Thats our next project, shes going in next week to get some GI work done. Pay for her.
