Hi folks, Tim here... I have a teeny tiny request that, should you feel the need to pass along, I wouldnt mind... When you walk into a place of business and, whether on a phone or directly to the person working there, spew anywhere from one to a tirade of profanities, you immediately damage every person within earshot with your vulgarity. You could be the sweetest person in the world (and many of you very much are!) but if your initial impression to anyone in a building into which youve just walked is that your entire linguistic capability borders on a lexicon that would make the proverbial sailor blush, youre emotionally and spiritually harming everyone there. Please. Stop. Smile. Say hi. Maybe finish your difficult conversation outside so you can treat the individuals with whom youre about to enter into a social contract of variable duration with the respect they deserve as human beings. Smile some more. Thank them. Be thanked. Itll be great, I promise. Thanks! Tim #makeitbetter
