Hi folks...went up to Kat and Dens house for a visit so my thank you card is a little late. Thanks folks...I was a little late in setting up for reasons beyond my control....I was eating,.....and I want to apologize to John Sruttock for giving him a smart ass answer to his questions about why I couldnt move them up in the lineup...the truth is that a guy named Cody claimed the opening spot that morning and fell ill the very same evening...and seeing as I was late...there wasnt an opening act...sorry John...Oh yeah Im usually not approachable during the beginning of any gig performing or engineering...takes a little while to dial things in and relax...Ive never done open mic before...its exhausting to change stage set every 15 minutes....usually there would be 2 maybe 3 strikes and reloads...in a night and then you can relax for a decent while...not so in this case and I strive to keep a more professional demeanor...badly at times. Anyway I had fun and everybody was really good..Very cool to see new (to us oldtimers) talent. I especially like that Colton Walters and his compadres...those kids just dont realize their potential for making a sizable chunk of change.....could start a new trend...and that would be welcome cuz most everything is getting mighty stale........I like Oakie music as well and Ranjani Jones floats my boat. Mr. Radley will be back for the next event and things can return to normal. I know TL~DR but...The Worst Song You Know is welcome to make an appearance at our June Picnic on July 28th...just message me at the little picture to the left of this post. Im out of soap...see ya down the road... I believe the G on this tuner is about a smidge flat check it out..
