Hi for those of you who are looking at a new natural recovery shake or a meal replacement...this something I take after a hard day of training. 3 bananas 3 table spoons moringa 3 table spoons peanut butter 3 tea spoons honey 100 g rolled oats soaked over night in milk kafir 2 large cubes of raw tofu 5 large leaves of raw organic spinach 200 ml of water 500 ml of milk blend all with food processor this makes 6 servings to have between meals
