Hi freshies! I have received multiple inquiries about subclub - TopicsExpress

Hi freshies! I have received multiple inquiries about subclub :) Really appreciate your interest and now i will answer the questions. 1. How is it like to be in subclub? For the past one year, I was the community service director of subclub. My responsibilities include initiating Batam OCIP for our nursing cohorts and introduce local CIP to them. Basically there are about 2-3 meetings per semester, each meeting covers a specific agenda set by the president or any director can raise/update any issues during their course of execution. There will be a whatsapp group created for the 8th subclub, so everyone will be informed of all events in subclub and be notified when manpower is needed. 2. If I choose to be elected as PD of FOC 2015/2016, can i dont join subclub? What happens this year is that Subclub is taking charge of the 3 events, which means there will be a chain or hierarchy when handling the event. You as the PD will be in charge of planning and execution of FOC starting from 22 august --> Events director serve as your adviser, who will guide you through on what to do and when must things be completed. You can also ask the director on how much funds can subclub give us, can they give you manpower for fundraising. --> P & VP of subclub will then discuss during meeting to allocate resources for your event. Of course, you being present during meeting is good because you will get to know what is going on and give direct feedback :) In conclusion, being FOC PD also means you are a subclub member. Thank you for the questions, I hope more freshies can sign up for the various position, no worries if you lack experience because this is the chance for you to learn :) Everything has its good and bad, but i dare to say i benefited more in subclub than earning bad experience from it! DO GIVE IT A TRY! Warmest regards and blessings, Rui Min 91545495
