Hi friends. For those of you who dont know, Margaret & I are seeking an apartment to share. We are combing all the usual channels, but if you know of anything that fits the following criteria, and is therefore secret & perfect & will never be listed on dumb old kijiji, let me know! - within the boundaries of Cogswell & Young, Barrington & Oxford. Ish. - 2 substantial bedrooms. An additional den/office space would be a great bonus. - green/outdoor space. We want to grow things. If there is room for a clothesline, we hereby pledge to stage Laundry & Bourbon in our backyard. - suitable for humans with environmental allergies i.e. no carpet, no flooding basements, no forced air heat. - flat/house preferred, not really interested in buildings (yet). - available Oct 1st, Nov 1st, or anywhere in between. - $1400 max, although cheaper is obviously better.
