Hi friends Sergio is home with myself and Brandon., Sergio will need to have a operation at a later stage called Nissan fundaplication..children with cerebral palsy tend to have more secretions.. They cant bring it up as well as most children so it goes into the lungs where a miss diagnosis is made as was made last nite by the dr in casualty.. He suspected Sergio had bronchialpheneumonia not knowing Sergios full history.. Sergio was discharged with a hectic amount of meds.. He has antibiotics, nose spray, diff Neva which Im nebbing every 3 hours.. A lot of pain meds as when he coughs he sets off his tonsils.. Hes very sick.. Not just phlem...despina was there this morning to check on him and explain what is going on as the chest X-rays done last nite showed patches on his lungs..she also didnt want him to stay any more in paeds as the place is so full of rsv virus and if Sergio gets that ontop of his infected lungs he will be in deep trouble.. Dr twane saw Sergio last nite and was also concerned about lungs! In no time our braveheart will be back to himself... And full of smiles... Hugs to you friends
