Hi friends! Well, today is a big day in the life of HAVE BAND WILL TRAVEL. We are off to San Sebastian. Especially looking forward to seeing one of my favourite places - the magnificent Basque country. The San Sebastian show tomorrow will be the first for the current line up of Will Travel which will be touring North America as of next week starting in Toronto. We are: James Walbourne - guitar Nick Wilkinson - bass Sean Read - keyboards Kris Sonne - drums. myself - guitar ( if you use your imagination ) and vocals That answers the question I’ve been asked a hundred times this past year - No - I will not be touring with the Swedes who I made Stockholm with. (Their loss!) Bjorn Yttling informs me that Ingrid - the record label he commandeers in Sweden- will be putting out a compilation album soon featuring a song we did during the Stockholm sessions. I know they are all kicking themselves over there for NOT GETTING IN A BAND WITH ME. Better luck next time, Vikings! Okay - gotta start packing, get a cab to the station, meet the band and get the train on to the airport. Am I excited? Hell yeah! Spain here we come……. xxch
