Hi friends! Weve decided to take another night off from our Facebook sales. Weve noticed a lot of customers upset that orders are taking a bit longer to ship due the volume of orders we have received. This was not our intent at all. While we appreciate every single order we blew up in a very short time frame. With one person shipping orders...orders are taking a bit longer to get out. We love our customers and value each of you. We pride ourselves on offering the lowest prices in the industry on quality products. Im in the process of searching for someone to help with shipping. We want to find the right person for the job as the training is intensive. Therefore, it will take some time to find the right fit. Were so very sorry to all who are upset. We sent out hundreds of packages today alone. I will be working through the night to get more orders shipped even if it means staying up all night. I truly do not want you guys upset with me. I do not expect anyone to pity me but I have literally been brought to tears over some of the messages I have received. Im a single mother of three kiddos neglecting my children to get your orders out. This is a choice I am making so that I can provide for my family. I apologize for the emotional post but I am a real person, with real feelings, and passion for what I do.
