Hi friends, as many of you know, Im helping organize this Unite for Peace event, now on August 10th. I hope you can make it! And, if you have some time and/or ideas, Id love your help! First, can you please help spread the word by sharing the invitation below? Second, please let me know if you are familiar with any inspirational, peace-oriented speakers ... especially from Israeli, Palestinian, Muslim, Jewish and allied communities. Also welcoming ideas for partner organizations and sponsors. Third, do you have any recommendations for donated event spaces to accommodate a sizable gathering ... and/or restaurants that could donate kosher/halal food? We firmly believe Albert Einsteins wisdom that “you cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it” This event is aimed toward raising consciousness around this issue, because we believe that inner peace and peace between individuals will eventually help foster peace between societies.
