Hi gang details of the Butterfly Ball re: fundraiser for Laura 30th. As mentioned wear something purple or silver. As we want to keep costs down and as much money going to the charities as possible so with that in mind we will be charging £10/head admittance. Food will be a cold buffet provided by yourselves, ha ha ! how I see it if each table or group provides their OWN BUFFET FOR THEIR GROUP or each group brings food FOR THE GENERAL BUFFET TABLE for everyone to partake......preferences ????? We have had many donations already but would appreciate any other contributions people could beg , steal or borrow for the raffle and auction. To any foreign visitors there will be accommodation sorted for you, NOT A 4* HOTEL OR ANY HOTEL ACTUALLY. XX Tents, floors and washing lines all
