Hi, good people. I have a very very bad frustration! If you have not chosen a cable tv company, DO NOT GO THRU DIRECT TV, I REPEAT DO NOT GO THRU DIRECT TV. Oh sure they can be nice and give you services, BUT if you have a situation they will not, I repeat will not help you in any way with it. We sat around 4 hours today waiting, and happily expecting to be set up with DIRECT TV. We had to call to find out why they were not here!! Then we had to talk to 5 repeat 5 different phone operators, to get Jason his $ back, they were not repeat NOT going to give his $ back, for services not rendered. I understand policy, of coarse all companies need it, but I also think there should be a few guidelines to help in certain situations, they would do nothing to help!! So please good people do not , I repeat DO NOT GO TO DIRECT TV!! Thankyou for your time and patience.
