Hi guys - Rods mum - Joan passed away peacefully this morning & is now reunited of her one true love Sam after losing the battle to cancer & dementia. We are understandably upset but she is no longer in pain. We are so thankful that Rod,Chris & myself got to say goodbye & say all we needed to say. We are very thankful that we are all with those we love as Rod & I are together while Chris is with Belle & Samuel. Thankyou to everyone who has sent messages of support or sympathy & we are all very appreciative of your friendship. We were very lucky that Joan was in such a special place as Moran Roxburgh Park who looked after her so very well while alive & allowed her such a dignified death. The service during the week will be quite small but will be a big celebration of Joans life & while we will not see her again we have special memories & lots of love in our hearts. RIP JOAN - WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU & NEVER FORGET YOU XX
