Hi guys Grant here. Todays training was as follows... Full mobility, SMR, Skipping, dynamic stretching & activation drills. Strength circuits 5 reps on everything & 5 rounds on each circuit as quickly as possible. 3 minutes rest between circuits. Circuit 1 Kb front squat @ 2x24kg x Barbell inverted row with feet on bench @ B/W Flat bench press @ 50kg Circuit 2 Trap bar deadlift @ 82.5kg Pull ups @ B/W Military press @ 40kg Finisher was 10 rounds of the following... Box jump x 10 Sledge hammer tyre slams x 10 Press up x 10 (different variation every round) Lovely. Grant.
