Hi guys, Here is the Workout Challenge for August This workout is for those who want a challenge. This will be tough but nothing worth having comes without effort :) • 3 min rower warm up – aim for minimum of 750 metres • 10 Goblet Squats • 20 Mountain Climbers (10 each leg) • 20 Jump Lunges (10 each leg) • 20 T Push Ups • 20 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (10 each side) • 10 Shoulder Press • 10 Burpees • 500 metre rower sprint to finish • Additional challenges 1. Time how long it takes you to complete the entire circuit (don’t count the warm up in this time). 2. Repeat the circuit and aim for a time within 10% of your first attempt Enjoy the workout and let me know how you go with it. Gaz
