Hi guys, I had been working and staying with my family in Dubai for almost 8 years. Recently I joined a company in Perth. I am urgently looking out for a rental property in Spearwood or neighbouring suburbs. Looking for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car park house.. willing to pay a max of 450 aud per week. Im planning to bring my wife and kid as soon as I get a proper accommodation. Applied via Realestate.au but it was unsuccessful maybe because I do not have a rental history or bank statements here. I had given references of my employer and friends here. Not sure now how to go about this now. Are there any real estate agents or people in that sector you guys have direct connections who would be able to help me out? Thank you..
