Hi guys, I have looked many fuel gauge systems but always get a bit disappointed with the cost and the installation side of things. Here I have an idea but not sure how effective it really is so please dont laugh :P I always fly my paramotor with a flight deck consisting of a gps and an iphone 4. What I was wondering was if it was possible to have a wired endoscope camera for the iphone 4 which I could place on my frame to see my tanks fuel level by simply plugging in the camera (via usb to iphone 4 adapter) directly into the phone. There are many endoscope cameras available but they require a cd for the drivers and are obviously for pcs only. Im normally zero minded when it comes to mechanics etc but hoping someone could enlighten me here as Im sure this could be quite good method for replacing the telescopic-mirror but do require your input please. ps. even a webcam or spycam would be ideal as they are cheap and could easily be powered by an iphone or any other phone. Like I said please dont laugh :P
