Hi guys. In just a couple of weeks KERRIE FITNESS has been open for one whole year! OMG!! WHOOP WHOOP!!! A year ago I didnt think twice about entering the studio doors at Fitness First to teach those waiting ready for a great work out. I must admit owning your own studio is in another ball park all of its own. There is not a team of sales people working on getting new people through the doors. Trying to encourage everyone to continue coming regardless of the season, whether its cold, hot, dog ate their homework!!, can be quite challenging at times! Trevor and I (together with a few KFAA faithfuls!) are doing all we can to advertise, get our name out there to have people choose us for their place to work out. We will continue to do our best in this regard to make classes full and a fun environment for the total group fitness experience. A huge thanks to you, our members, who have stepped foot in our studio and knew it was just what you were looking for. Trevor and I are very thankful for your memberships, your friendships, your time and effort put into looking after your health and fitness. To be in your prime, at your peak, fitness and healthy eating needs to be a constant in your life. As human beings we are all on this constant journey together. So whats happening at KERRIE FITNESS over the next few weeks??? • Les Mills quarterly launches are occurring, commencing tomorrow night 5pm with BODYSTEP™ 1/2 hour version and this Thursday 26/6/14 9.30am 1 hour version • BODYPUMP™ Monday 30/6/14 6.30pm • BODYCOMBAT™ Saturday 5/7/14 10.30am • BODYATTACK™ Monday 7/7/14 5.30pm My suggestion... even if these launches arent your regular classes, come along. The best time to do the new release is at the same time as everyone else, experience it at its best! So unless you are at work or committed elsewhere at the time of the launch, join in. Why sit on the couch at home when you can be having fun doing something new.. Step out of your comfort zone! • KERRIE CORE & KHIIT Im continuously coming up with new moves for you EACH week to challenge yourself. You wont want to miss a week or youll miss out! • ZUMBA Wednesday nights 6.30pm. Get your groove on. Chill out and purely enjoy yourself with the party lights on and the highbays (not beams!!) off! • CURRENT TIMETABLE Were only a small group and currently there are too many classes on the timetable for the small amount of members we have. The way of knowing what classes suit our member base is by feet on the floor! Unfortunately its just not feasible for me to keep classes on in hope people will attend. The following 3 classes have been running very low. So over the next several weeks Ill continue to monitor and see if they need to come off the timetable... • Monday 9.30am BODYCOMBAT™ • Monday 6.30pm BODYPUMP™ • Thursday 6.30pm BODYPUMP™ Every pair of feet count. If one of the above are your fave regular classes, or you were thinking of one day attending, what can you do??? Show up! Bring someone with you. Message someone you know that use to come and you havent seen for a while. As I said, thats how I know you want the class on, by being there. The saying, actions speak louder than words, very true! As a small business, I want to keep everyone happy and at the same time make it work for everyone. Stick with it guys. No one said keeping fit and healthy was easy. But if you had a crystal ball and could look into the future to see the you that kept at it or the you that threw in the towel, Im sure you know what you, you would choose... FIT YOU!!! Whoop whoop. Bring on the new releases and new challenges I have for you this week peeps! Now Id better get back to learning the brand new BODYSTEP™ 96 so you guys have a launch tomorrow night :))
