Hi guys! Not sure if anyone here have had the same issue but I have 2 citizenships, a Thai and Swedish. 4 years ago I came to Thailand and entered the country with my Swedish passport, a couple of days later I made a Thai passport in Thailand. Then I went to the Sa Kaeo land crossing exiting the country with my Swedish passport and tried coming in again with the Thai passport. But this plan did unfortunately not work because the officials said that I didnt have a stamp in my Thai passport saying that I had exited the country. Therefore I could not enter the country with my Thai passport. So ever since then Ive stayed in Thailand as a Swede and paying 1900฿ every year for visa and doing the 90day reports. The question is how do I do to stay here as a Thai citizen and officially not staying inside the country with the Swedish passport? Do I fly out and then in with the Thai passport? Does any one have personal experience from this? I would like answers from people who actually know, not those who assume something.
