Hi guys! So weve got the SSLC meeting with the lecturers this week and were hoping to take a couple of things to discuss... From a biomed point of view, myself and Chloe Denyer have had a couple of discussions about the lack of support for the compulsory maths questions with a number of modules for the exams in january. This includes the maths for the nernst equation and some pharmacology stuff. Basically weve come up with an idea to propose a couple of drop in sessions before Christmas in a similar format to the chemistry workshops we had last year - with some worked examples to go through just so we get to grips with it a bit more and so we know what to expect. Wed be really grateful if anyone who supports this idea could like this post - just so we get an idea of how many people this could affect so we can bring some solid numerical evidence to the meeting and get something done about it!!
