Hi guys, for some time now I have been struggling with depression and anxiety and Im just here asking for your support so I can pull through and make it to the other side of the tunnel. Going through this has made me realize that depression is no joke. It has cost me jobs/money, my academic excellence, and relationships. I finally took responsibility and sought treatment for it and I just started taking medication. It hasnt really helped yet but it takes time to start working so I remain hopeful but.also hesitant to be too positive and optimistic because Ive tried.seemingly everything else. Anyway I wanted to make this post so I can stop being ashamed and silent about this silent killer and I encourage you to seek treatment if you are going through a similar thing. Love, Suga
