Hi guys, so most of you are probably wondering.. why im doing this video and well, my lifes been a bit of a roller coaster, to say the least. Over the last couple of years. Winning an olympic medal in 2012 in front of the home crowd, finishing my A levels this year, I mean its been hectic. And well, one thing I consider to be pretty important is to have some form of private life and I mean youre probably wondering well why did you do a book and why did you do a documentary and all that kind of stuff but Ive only ever talked about things I feel comfortable talking about. When I was younger I hated talking about the bullying situation at school and I didnt like talking about my dad because at the time it was a sensitive subject. I mean its one of those things thats well in an Ideal world I wouldnt be doing this video because it shouldnt matter but umm recently I was misquoted in an interview and It made me feel really angry and frustrated.. and you know like emotions that Ive never felt before when reading something about myself. For me honesty is something I really do believe in and Ive always been honest, I may have been you know vague in some of my answers but Ive always been honest. One things Ive never felt that comfortable talking about... umm are my relationships, Its what I get asked even If im doing sporting interviews, do you have a girlfriend who are you seeing all that kind of stuff. And I mean Ive been dating girls and Ive never had a serious relationship to talk about and um and now I feel ready to talk about my relationships and well come spring this year aha my life changed... massively when I met someone and they make me feel so happy, so safe and everything feels so great, and well that someone... is a guy!!!
