Hi how many of us know Machivelianism in personality trait:- This concept is named after Niccolo Machiavelli a sixteenth century author. In his book “The Prince, The term Machiavellianism used to describe behavior directed to gaining power and controlling the behavior of others. Hence the Machiavellianism varies from person to person. The more Machiavellian individual tend to be rational and nonemotional , may be willing to lie to attain their personal goals, put little emphasis on loyalty and friendship, and enjoy manipulating others behavior . Less Machiavellian individual s are more emotional less willing to lie to succeed, value loyalty and friendship highly, and get little personal pleasure from manipulating others.
