Hi iliganons! Just wanted to share a not so good experience with Frosty bites catering services sa iligan. Yesterday, Sept 7, we booked sa ilang new garden hall located at Bacayo. The venue was extraordinary, and maybe so far the best in Iligan right now. Seeing the place for the first time when we visit the place, we fell in live na. The food was good, alright...PERO...mao na...they have the poorest of all services i have ever encountered! My guests started dinner nga wala man lay water gi serve daan sa table! Ang mga softdrinks ang ako pang mga bisita ang nanindog to get their own drinks! And, worst! Di man lang ka kabalo kinsay in charge!. . . Samtang nangaon ang guest, wala kay masugo kay nangaon sad ang uban visible kaau sa kilid sa ilang bar!..immean wa may problema ana no? Pero dapat i make sure nila nga settled na unta ang guests, ug unta pa man...ang supervisor kaha..iyang untang gina check kung ang table,ang mga guests naa pa bay mga concerns kay mao man unta nay insakto..to consider, expensive baya kaau sila and dili pa gyud flexible!...and! Mag complain ka staff ra nila ang moatubang, ang owner ana dili gyud nimo maistorya.Actually before sa event ako jud gi request maistorya ang tag iya, o ang suoervisor ba kaha, just wanted tommake sure nga everything is ok the day of the event, gawas nga mahal..its my little girls first birthday gud...pero, dili moatubang! And, pabayaran pa gyud in full na ha the day before the event..in our part way problema, mobayad ta, ug ning bayad na mi, ug diay wala nay atiman....what a very frustrating, disappointing experience..we left the place feeling betrayed for the sevice that we expected! Kabantay mo, di ba naay mga place nga maski dili lami ang food peto magbalikbalik ang tawo? Its because of the service - pero kani? Mag usab pa bay layog! Just so you know people of iligan! Naka storya nko na staff mentioned, naa dw silay na settle na nga the same problem, unya maau dw nakabalo sila nga gibuhat diay ghpon sa sevice team ni...meaning, mao na gyud diay ni sila....maau kaau at first kay they are gaining ur trust pa man....nah, hala..mao ra to.
